"Right out of college I started my first job and spent 21 years there. I thought I had secured my career path and that was where I was going to stay. As my career responsibilities grew I wasn't as fired up as I was earlier in my career and I began to not enjoy my work any longer. Little did I know that I was actually experiencing disengagement because the higher up the career ladder I got, the farther away I got from my natural strengths.
